Built safe from day one
A community for families of neurodivergent kids has to be a place you trust with what matters most. Here is exactly how we protect your family.
Parents & guardians 18+ only
Every account belongs to an adult. Children never have accounts, profiles, or direct access to NeurUnity — this is a community for the grown-ups doing the caregiving.
Nicknames, not real names
Kids are listed by nickname only, with age ranges instead of birthdays. You choose what your family shares — less is always fine.
No photos of kids required
Profiles use fun avatar emojis instead of photos. You should never need to post a picture of your child to belong here.
Your exact location stays private
Matching uses your ZIP code and a radius you control. Your address is never shown to other families.
Messaging only between connected parents
You can only message someone after you’ve both accepted a connection. No cold messages from strangers — ever.
Report & block, anytime
Every conversation has report and block controls. Reports go to human moderators who review quickly and act — warnings, suspensions, and removals when needed.
COPPA-aware data practices
Because children never hold accounts here, we design around a simple rule: collect as little as possible about kids. The kid information on NeurUnity is parent-provided — nicknames, age ranges, neurotypes, and interests — and parents can edit or delete it at any time. We never sell data, and we never use children’s information for advertising.
Want your data deleted? Email juman@gdmediatech.com and we’ll take care of it.
