Plain-language terms
The short, human version of the rules. Last updated October 2026.
1. Who NeurUnity is for
NeurUnity is a community platform for parents and guardians who are 18 years or older and care for ADHD, autistic, or otherwise neurodivergent children.
Children may not create accounts, hold profiles, or access the service directly. Every account belongs to an adult.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for everything done under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use — be kind
Treat other families with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, and discrimination of any kind are not allowed.
No spam, scams, unsolicited advertising, or solicitation. NeurUnity is for community, not commerce.
Do not share anyone else’s personal information (real names, addresses, schools, photos of children) without their clear permission.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other accounts, or scrape member data.
4. No medical advice
NeurUnity offers community support from fellow parents — shared experience and encouragement. It is not medical, therapeutic, or legal advice, and nothing on the platform should be treated as a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
For your child’s health, development, or education decisions, always consult qualified professionals.
5. Content and moderation
You are responsible for what you post. We may review, edit, or remove content that violates these terms or that we believe harms the community.
We may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms — including for harassment, unsafe behavior, or misuse of the platform.
You can report content or members at any time; reports are reviewed by human moderators.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@neurunity.com.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, to protect the community.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as NeurUnity grows. We’ll post the updated version here, and continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
